We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Your calls keep working either way — service is never interrupted. Any calls over your limit are safely held, and you can upgrade your plan at any time to have them processed.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to additional minutes. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
