Call history

Every call Epocra handles lands in Recents, whether you made it, took it, missed it, or took it on a desk phone.

Filtering the list

Three tabs sit across the top:

  • All — everything, newest first: calls you made, calls you took, missed calls, voicemails and meetings.
  • Meetings — the things you recorded yourself rather than phoned: in-person meetings and dictated voice notes. See Voice notes and meetings.
  • Missed — calls you did not answer. The fastest way to work out who to ring back.

Calls marked Private

A call whose contact, or whose contact type, is excluded from recording still appears in the list so you know it happened. Instead of a topic it is labelled Private, and there is no recording, transcript or summary behind it.

Private is a label on the row, not a tab — those calls sit in All alongside everything else. See Excluding contacts.

Search does not stop at names and numbers — it reaches into what was said. You can search a topic or a phrase from a transcript and find the call it came from, which is how you find a conversation you remember having but cannot place.

If you would rather ask a question than find a call, that is what AI Chat is for.

Opening a call

Tap a call to see it. From there you reach the transcript, the summary and the tasks that came out of it. A long press takes you straight to the AI tab for that call.

Deleting calls

Swipe a call to delete it. To clear out several at once, use the selection mode and delete them together rather than one at a time.

Deleting is not hiding

A deleted call takes its recording, transcript and summary with it, and AI Chat can no longer draw on it. If you only want a call kept out of the record in future, exclude the contact instead — that stops it being recorded at all rather than removing it afterwards.

The same list everywhere

Your history is on your account, not on a handset, so it is identical on mobile, desktop and the web portal. Delete a call on one and it is gone on all of them.
